How can I place an order?
* Orders can be placed 24 hours a day using our Online Shop
* Sales representatives are also available at +31-(0)36-5363663 , 09.00 – 17.00, Monday – Friday.
* Orders can also be placed by sending an Email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Ordering through the webshop:
Ordering through the webshop is easy. Simply click “add to cart” next to the items you wish to order, and our webshop will automaticly create a shopping cart for you. When you are ready, procede to the check out section, where you wil be able to complete the purchse (after providing your shipping and payment information. Payment options include bank transfer, and payments through the Paypal system (for a large variety of payment methods)is available for most countries world wide. See the list of 206 Paypal active countries here:
If your country is not on the list of PayPal active countries, please place your order and choose “bank transfer” as payment method. We will contact you with instructions for completing the payment for your order.
* Selecting items:
Next to each product on the webshop, you will find an “add to cart” button. Clicking on this button will add the item to your virtual shopping cart. This does not mean you must purchase the item you have chosen! You can still change the content of your shopping cart before you finalize the order and you must still go through the checkout procedure before the order is complete.
* Changing quantity / deleting items in the shopping cart:
Clicking the “View Cart” button , will display the content of your virtual shopping cart. Here you can review, change quantity or delete your chosen items.
For changing the quantity, type the desired quantity under “Quantity”, then click “Update Cart”
For deleting an item, select the “remove” box next to the item, then click “Update Cart”
From here you can continue shopping or proceed with the checkout procedure.
While completing the order process, if you choose to pay using Paypal, you will automatically be forwarded to the secured Paypal site to provide your complete shipping & payment details. once this process is complete, you will receive the first confirmation by e-mail (to the e-mail address you have provided), confirming your order has been placed and received correctly.
After personally reviewing your order, we will send you a second confirmation, containing final details regarding expected delivery times, shipping and any other relevant details.
